Seabrook Joins ARCH Global Precision Companies

Seabrook Internationalhas been acquired by ARCH Global Precision, a family of companies focused on manufacturing precision cutting tools, precision machined industrial components and medical implants and instruments.

Seabrook, based in New Hampshire, manufactures complex precision-machined orthopaedic instruments and implants for spine, knee, extremities and trauma. The company’s dedicated Make-to-Order and Specialty Products group supports custom and case-specific instruments, implants and prototypes. Seabrook serves a range of OEMs, from top 10 global device companies to smaller, high-growth entities.

The transaction represents ARCH’s third medical acquisition over ten months, including Bob, Inc. (now Bob Mfg.) and Advanced Precision.

Seabrook’s current President and CEO, Paul Barck, will assume the role of Divisional President of ARCH Medical Solutions.
