Materialise Releases Beta Validation Program of Magics21

Materialise, a provider of Additive Manufacturing (AM) software and 3D printing solutions, released the beta version of Magics21, a validation program of the company’s software package for data preparation.

Earlier in 2016, Materialise launched the Materialise Magics 3D Print Suite, combining functionality of multiple software applications for the 3D printing industry. This suite allows multiple companies to produce high-quality printed parts in a swift, controlled manner.

Materialise Magics allows users to convert, repair and edit files, and find an optimal position for their part on the build platform.

Around 100 global companies from various industries participated in the beta validation program. These companies employ a variety of 3D printing technologies (from plastic to metal sintering) and machine types (from laser to image and toolpath printers).

Materialise Magics will be available for purchase in November and available in eight languages as of this year.
