Millstone Medical and ImplantBase to Provide Supply Chain Solution for Field Inventory Management

Millstone Medical entered into a strategic relationship with ImplantBase. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, ImplantBase is a web-based software platform for medical device field inventory management.

ImplantBase’s platform provides field inventory management and reporting, sales order management, sales and commissions reporting, and customer relationship management.

Millstone provides customized solutions to the medical device industry. It operates three environmentally controlled facilities offering advanced inspection, clean room packaging, medical device specific warehousing, distribution, loaner kit management and after-market services.

Millstone expanded twice in 2015. In 1Q15, the company completed a 40,000 sq. ft. expansion of its Fall River, Massachusetts headquarters. Then, in September 2015, Millstone Medical Outsourcing secured an additional 120,000 square feet in Olive Branch, Mississippi. This brings overall capacity to over 270,000 square feet in that location.
