MEDTOWN Ventures launched Round2Funding, an invitation-only investment portal directly connecting accredited investors and vetted healthcare companies, to focus on healthcare startups seeking $1 to $5 million in investments and to allow investors to anonymously evaluate these healthcare companies.
Round2Funding’s Investor network targets Family Offices, high net worth individuals and large angel groups. Because these investors are usually very private, they have a hard time finding quality deals. Round2Funding seeks to simplify the match making process by providing Investors with a secure portal to view investment opportunities while maintaining their anonymity. Investors remain completely private to all Companies until the Investors choose to reveal their identity.
