Medliliant has acquired CTE Solutions, a contract manufacturing company based in Plymouth, Indiana, specialized in the manufacturing of spine implants.
As a group, the company will focus on implants for spine, extremities and trauma. They will have access to technology and capabilities currently not available in the Plymouth location, such as sterile packaging. They will also be able to share resources to help support their customers’ product launches.
In August 2020, Mediliant acquired MDI LLC, a contract manufacturer of extremity and trauma medical devices, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Mediliant’s acquisitions of both MDI and CTE Solutions are an initial step in forming an orthopedic contract manufacturing group whose members share a similar corporate culture, entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-centered approach to business.
