ARCH Global Precision acquired LISI Medical Jeropa, a subsidiary of LISI Medical that is located in Escondido, California.
The Jeropa plant is a contract manufacturer of high-precision medical implants, instruments and other devices serving a variety of segments including orthopedic. The newly-acquired plant and operations will join ARCH Medical Solutions, increasing the diversified supplier’s growth and scale.
The acquired facility features a breadth of complementary core competencies and provides a strategic location supporting contract manufacturing needs in the U.S. and beyond.
Since 2017, ARCH has bolstered its scale and offerings with acquisitions of Seabrook International, Universal Precision Instruments, Jade Precision Medical Components and, most recently, MMi Sonora.

ARCH Medical develops orthopedic implants and instruments, navigated and robotic-assisted surgical devices, and precision components for surgical robotic systems, with locations in California, Indiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
