DSM and PBC Biomed Partner to Develop Regenerative Bone Adhesives

DSM entered into a collaboration with PBC Biomed to jointly design and develop materials for medical devices. Initially, the agreement will focus on the development of bone adhesives through PBC Biomed’s affiliate, Biomimetic Innovations, to help meet the need for safer, less invasive surgical procedures that are also cost-effective.

DSM and PBC Biomed will develop Biomimetic Innovations’ proof-of-concept for regenerative bone adhesives which support shorter operation times, lower infection rates and better healing outcomes for patients.
