Arcamed has converted 6,000 square feet of office space into manufacturing space, supporting expanded instrument and implant manufacturing capabilities and capacity to meet growing customer demand beyond its core business of cases and trays.

We identified the future need for expansion three years ago and purchased a building that would allow us to grow in conjunction with our partnerships. Arcamed’s commitment to staying fast and focused allows us to stay ahead of the demands.”
The expansion allows Arcamed to more than double its manufacturing capacity, with additional capital spending in the areas of 5-axis milling, Swiss machining, wire EDM, finishing and the addition of a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine. Arcamed’s workforce has already grown by 40% in 2020 to support the additional capacity and customer demands.
