Medical Component Specialists purchased a CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder System to better serve medical device customers. This 5-Axis CNC grinder can manufacture drills, endmills and reamers quickly, with powerful 21.5 horsepower (16kW) direct drive Dual Grinding Spindles. Precise probe assemblies guarantee repeatability of parts, and the robot load lights out allows 24/7 unattended run time for continuous grinding.
