OKAY Industries, a contract manufacturer that engineers components and subassemblies for the medical device and other markets, announced the promotion of Angela Dillon to Marketing Manager.
Ms. Dillon will lead strategic initiatives that promote the OKAY brand and market position, support business development and manage internal and external communications for talent recruitment and retention.
“I am excited to announce this new role for Angela,” said Sean Stowik, Director of Sales and Marketing. “She is a valued member of our team and someone who helps us drive engagement and build team morale. Since she has joined OKAY, Angela has frequently been recognized for her outstanding performance, and I congratulate her on this latest professional achievement.”
Dillon brings 25 years of combined experience in marketing and manufacturing, with skills in new business development, brand building and cultivation of strategic partnerships that drive customer loyalty and improve results. She is a member of Women in Manufacturing, the American Marketing Association and the 2019 Catalyst Fund Committee for the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain.
Ms. Dillon provides marketing support to OKAY’s three facilities in New Britain, Connecticut; Berlin, Connecticut and Alajuela, Costa Rica.
