Precision Medical Technologies (PreMedTech), a contract manufacturer of orthopaedic implants and instruments, announced the opening of their new North Manchester, Indiana facility.
This second location will manufacture surgical instruments; PreMedTech’s implant manufacturing will continue at its Warsaw, Indiana location.
“We have seen tremendous growth on the instrument side of our business and have decided to add capacity in the form of an additional instrument facility in North Manchester,” said Ryan Thornburgh, Business Development Manager. “The facility will have CNC machining, finishing capabilities and related equipment on site. It will be capable of manufacturing single-level items, as well as complex assemblies.”
It was previously reported that this new manufacturing space will create up to 60 jobs by 2022.
PreMedTech focuses on the spine, extremity and trauma markets.
