Triangle Awarded Training Grant

Triangle was awarded a Skills Partnership Training Grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development for FY2017.

Blueprint Reading was offered to Triangle shop floor associates to help them understand Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing practices. Supervisors and production planners participated in Root Cause Analysis and Lean Leadership for Sustained Results, accessing techniques to better manage resources in their efforts to prevent and eliminate waste and drive efficiency.

Several Lean Principles classes were held for all production and support associates to provide an overall understanding of lean concepts, helping them to better recognize inefficiencies and recommend improvements to their work environment.
