Invibio, global provider of PEEK-OPTIMA polymers to medical device manufacturers, has implemented a series of investments focused on helping medical and industry professionals improve clinical outcomes and lower costs.
- Invibio recruited a clinical study manager and is working with healthcare professionals, medical device manufacturers and other stakeholders to determine the clinical and economic impact of its solutions. The company also recruited clinical relations expertise to interact with healthcare professionals, hospitals and payers.
- The company’s new website provides information on materials and applications to OEMs and healthcare professionals in addition to an annual journal with detailed scientific information and clinical evidence. This journal, the “Invibio Insider,” will feature in its first edition a detailed insight into key topics focused on the medical arena. Topics are intended to provide a greater understanding of the levels of clinical evidence and what that may mean in combination with the company´s strategic drive to improve patient and clinical outcomes.
- Invibio is also investing in component manufacturing facilities and component testing to give the company an increased role in the design, development and commercialization of PEEK-OPTIMA trauma fracture plates.
