Inventory Management Program

Structure Medical can accommodate a variety of inventory options tailored to meet our customers’ short and long-term goals, whether financial or operational-based—or both.

Customers need to maintain inventory levels that support sales. Inconsistent levels can have the following negative effects:

  • When inventory levels are too high: Significant negative cash flow with no positive effect.
  • When inventory levels are too low: Potentially disastrous effect on sales and reputation.

Structure Medical has a system to address these concerns for most product lines we manufacture. Call us for details.
