Pexco, a specialty plastics processor, acquired Spectrum Plastics, a precision injection molder of thermoplastics serving medical, surgical and other markets. Spectrum’s Minnesota operations will retain the Spectrum name, brand and leadership.
The company employs ~160 staff with a 105,000 sq. ft. facility, featuring 2 medical grade cleanrooms, 40 injection molding presses from 12 to 600 tons and in-house engineering and product development capabilities, including assembly and packaging services. (Source: Spectrum Plastics Group)
