Accu-Tube Launches Rebranding, Improvements

Accu-Tube, a manufacturer of precision stainless steel tubing, announced a branding and internal enhancement project, including a new logo, company color scheme and website, in honor of its 45th anniversary.

These improvements more closely reflect Accu-Tube’s strategic vision for growth and expansion, according to Kevin McGrath, Accu-Tube CEO. Accu-Tube aims to expand into increasingly high-tech markets, such as medical device applications, and has updated its visual and online presence to better represent the wide range of services it offers to critical markets.

McGrath was appointed as Accu-Tube’s CEO in August 2018 after the company was purchased by private equity firm Washington Equity Partners. Since the acquisition, Bill Ellerkamp and Diane Loudon joined Accu-Tube’s board of directors, and longtime employee Glen Brach was promoted to Vice President of Engineering. In addition, several other critical hires have been made for future growth, according to McGrath. “Our reconfiguration across all spaces…offers our customers a more informative platform to find out about our company, our history, the markets we serve, and our unique capabilities—all geared to provide optimal value to the customer,” McGrath said.

Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, Accu-Tube’s welded and drawn precision stainless steel tubing is manufactured in random or cut lengths and in custom-fabricated forms. Medical applications for the company’s tubing include arthroscopy, cannulas, closed-end tubes with apertures, diagnostics, endoscope components, laparoscopic tubes and minimally invasive and general surgical instruments.

Along with tubing, Accu-Tube’s manufacturing capabilities include straightening tubes, centerless grinding, swaging/flaring, forming, and cleaning and passivation.
