puracon Completes Specialized Employee Training Program

puracon, a service provider specializing in sterile packaging, cleaning validation and logistics, recently completed a 2.5-day employee training program designed to “improve the interdisciplinary cooperation between the departments and thus to increase the satisfaction of both the customers and the employees,” according to company leadership.

The corporate training program, completed in mid-November, was led by the experienced coaching team of Dirk and Helke Schwarzer from Checkpoint, a European business training firm. The result of the program was an increase in “cohesion, communication and motivation,” according to puracon leadership.

puracon’s pre-validated packaging solutions include blisters that have a shelf life of a minimum of seven years and are available in various configurations. puracon is ISO 13485 Certified, FDA Registered and accredited in Japan.
