Okay Industries, a contract manufacturer serving the orthopaedic industry, has appointed John Kollar as Director of Application Development.
In his role, Mr. Kollar will support product engineering and development, and spearhead the company’s expansion into plastic molding capabilities. According to prepared statements by Okay leadership, this expansion will further the company’s position as a “vertically-integrated, customer-focused partner, as well as support the development of innovative medical device components and sub-assemblies.”
Mr. Kollar has >30 years of specialized expertise in solution-oriented engineering, precision manufacturing and operational leadership. His previous position was Operations Director for Precision Engineered Products. Mr. Kollar will be based at OKAY Industries’ headquarters in New Britain, Connecticut, and will provide additional support for the company’s facilities in both Connecticut and Costa Rica.
