Röchling Advent Tool & Mold announced the acquisition of Precision Medical Products (PMP), a manufacturer of medical products including syringes for bone cement.
This acquisition better positions Röchling to implement its “growth strategy in the U.S.,” according to comments from company leadership.
Röchling Advent Tool & Mold is a manufacturer of injection-molded plastic precision components for medical technology. The Röchling Group as a whole offers various products and solutions for primary packaging systems, surgical instruments, drug delivery systems and disposable diagnostic items.
PMP has more than 50 years of experience in the manufacture of medical equipment and nearly 100 years of experience in the development and manufacture of precision metal products. Its capabilities include engineering services, metalworking, injection molding, equipment assembly, packaging and sterilization.
