Coorstek is investing $120 million to create a new Center for Advanced Materials in Golden, Colorado. The investment will support the rapid development of new materials, helping CoorsTek customers optimize their use of high-performance properties of advanced ceramics.

The CoorsTek Center for Advanced Materials will include:

  • A research and development hub to support development of ceramic materials and processes for a variety of next-generation applications,
  • An analytical laboratory to provide comprehensive ceramic analyses, and
  • A materials manufacturing facility enabling swift commercialization and volume production using the latest technologies in advanced ceramic processing.
